Stacie Walton serves as the Director of Utility Negotiations, bringing over 23 years of extensive experience in right of way management. With a decade of specialized project management as a consultant for the Texas Department of Transportation, Stacie has developed a robust skill set that includes project management, fee and easement acquisitions, relocation assistance, title curative work, and eminent domain coordination.

Throughout her career, Stacie has successfully managed right of way projects across a variety of sectors, including private, federal, state, county, and municipal initiatives. She is a licensed real estate professional in Texas and is registered with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

Stacie’s professional qualifications and certifications include IRWA R/W-NAC: Right of Way Negotiation/Acquisition Certified, IRWA R/W-RAC: Right of Way Relocation Assistance Certified and IRWA SRWA: Senior Right of Way Designation.
